DC Circ. Leaves Trucker Hour Rules Mostly Intact

Circuit today upheld the majority of a federal rule imposing strict workweek hours and break limitations for truckers, fending off dueling challenges from trucking associations saying the rule was too arduous and public interest groups arguing it did not go far enough.
