Lehman's Harlem Residential Portfolio Sells for $139M

Law360, New York (August 8, 2013, 5:21 PM EDT) -- Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. has divested another real estate portfolio — this one a 15-building set of apartment properties in Manhattan — in six transactions totaling $139 million, Massey Knakal, which brokered the deals, announced Thursday.

Just one day after Lehman announced it had sold 17.7 million square feet of warehouse and industrial space in several locations around the country, the company has closed on the sale of the Dunbar Manor and 14 other multifamily properties in Harlem.
