11th Circ. Says Johnson Controls Can't Dodge IAP Atty Fees

Law360, New York (August 14, 2013, 5:12 PM EDT) -- The Eleventh Circuit agreed Wednesday with a lower court ruling that Johnson Controls Inc. must pay IAP Worldwide Services Inc.'s attorneys' fees for settling a former Johnson subsidiary's dispute over a U.S. Air Force contract, but said IAP is entitled to a larger award.
