Huron Consulting Hits Rival With $20M Worker Poaching Suit

Law360, New York (August 19, 2013, 7:28 PM EDT) -- Huron Consulting Services LLC sued a rival consulting firm in Illinois court on Friday alleging the competitor poached one of its managing directors in violation of his employment agreement and used him to unlawfully compete with Huron by obtaining the firm's confidential information, soliciting its clients and luring away more of its employees.
