Feds Owe Fla. $1.6B For Enviro Projects, Gov. Scott Says

Rick Scott in a letter sent Tuesday criticized the Army Corps of Engineers for insufficient maintenance of the Lake Okeechobee Herbert Hoover Dike System and said the federal government owes about $1.6 billion for South Florida environmental projects.
