US Trade Rep Unveils New Tobacco Plan For TPP

Law360, New York (August 22, 2013, 4:40 PM ET) -- The Obama administration on Wednesday outlined a new plan for handling tobacco regulations in the proposed Trans-Pacific Partnership, days after public health groups slammed the U.S. for retreating from an earlier proposal that, they say, included stronger protections for tobacco controls.
