Thomson Reuters Slams Whistleblower's Retaliation Suit

Law360, New York (August 23, 2013, 5:28 PM ET) -- Thomson Reuters Corp. on Friday blasted claims that it fired an employee for leaking to the FBI suspected insider trading violations, urging a New York federal judge to toss the former salesman's suit for failing to qualify as a whistleblower action under the Dodd-Frank Act.
