Viacom Fights To Preserve Cablevision Licensing Deal

Law360, New York (August 26, 2013, 6:01 PM EDT) -- Viacom argued Friday in New York district court that Cablevision shouldn't be able to get out of its contract to carry all of Viacom's channels by accusing the content provider of illegal bundling, saying the same flaws that brought down a consumer class action over the practice doomed Cablevision's suit.
