Texas High Court Urged To Revive $10M Plant Explosion Suit

Law360, Houston (September 10, 2013, 7:35 PM ET) -- Crosstex Energy Services LP asked the Texas Supreme Court on Tuesday to revive a $10 million suit alleging that faulty construction caused a natural gas pumping station to explode, saying the project manager waived a requirement that an expert certify the case as meritorious.
