Cisco Can't Sue To Shield Clients From IP Suits: Fed. Circ.

Law360, New York (August 29, 2013, 3:55 PM ET) -- The Federal Circuit on Thursday ruled that Cisco Systems Inc. does not have sufficient legal footing to protect AT&T Inc. and its other corporate clients from patent infringement lawsuits brought against their wireless network operations by the Alberta Telecommunications Research Centre.
