Ex-Dynegy Exec’s Atty Loses Fee Row In Texas High Court

Law360, Dallas (August 30, 2013, 5:37 PM ET) -- The Texas Supreme Court on Friday said an attorney who represented a former Dynegy Inc. executive in a securities fraud suit can’t recover more than $3 million in legal fees and damages from the company, saying Dynegy’s agreement to pay had to be written, not oral.
