Former Shipping Exec Lands 5-Year Sentence For Hacking

Law360, Dallas (September 05, 2013, 8:15 PM ET) -- A Texas federal judge on Thursday sentenced the former CEO of a transportation company to 63 months in jail, after a jury convicted him on three criminal counts related to an email and computer hacking scheme as he launched a competing business.
