Calif. Senate Greenlights Tribe's Eco-Casino Compact

Law360, New York (September 04, 2013, 3:50 PM ET) -- California state senators on Tuesday pushed through a new tribal gaming compact, sending the Ramona Band of Cahuilla Indians' proposal for a Class III, eco-friendly casino to the state Assembly for final approval before it heads to the governor's desk.
