Jury Clears Breast Implant Maker Of Trade Secrets Claims

Law360, New York (September 6, 2013, 3:25 PM EDT) -- A jury last week rejected trade secrets claims brought in California state court against breast-implant manufacturer Sientra Inc. alleging that sales representatives of rival Mentor Worldwide LLC defected to Sientra and engineered a corporate raid against their former employer to the tune of $27 million.
