McGuireWoods Adds Ex-Merrill Lynch Atty To Securities Team

Law360, New York (September 13, 2013, 3:39 PM ET) -- McGuireWoods LLP announced that it has hired a former in-house counsel at Bank of America Corp.'s Merrill Lynch unit as a partner in its Chicago and New York offices, expanding its securities law practice.

John Servidio will focus on handling matters involving capital markets, securities, derivatives, structured products and Dodd-Frank regulatory reform efforts, the firm said in a Sept. 9 announcement. He was previously vice president and assistant general counsel at Merrill Lynch.
