Contractor Battles For $50M In Liens On NJ Solar Projects

Law360, New York (September 11, 2013, 5:58 PM EDT) -- Solar company Power Partners Mastec LLC asked a New Jersey appeals court Wednesday to allow its liens for as much as $50 million on funding that SunLight General Capital companies need to complete delay-ridden public solar projects involving three counties and dozens of facilities.
