Ex-Employee's Age Bias Suit Against Rutgers Tossed

Law360, New York (September 17, 2013, 5:20 PM ET) -- A New Jersey federal judge on Monday tossed a former Rutgers University employee’s discrimination suit accusing a supervisor and the university of firing her in 2010 because of her age, saying the suit was barred by a two-year statute of limitations.
