Law360, Houston (September 19, 2013, 7:30 PM EDT) -- An oil field services company that says it lost an offshore oil well decommissioning contract with Apache Corp. to a former employee who allegedly paid kickbacks to the project's general contractor asked a Texas state court Monday to levy sanctions against the subcontractor for destroying evidence.
