NJ Defense Atty Gets Life For Witness Murder Plot

Law360, New York (September 23, 2013, 5:36 PM EDT) -- A former New Jersey criminal defense attorney convicted of using his law practice as a racketeering enterprise through which he plotted murder and facilitated drug trafficking and prostitution was sentenced Monday to life in prison.

Three of the 23 counts on which a jury convicted Paul W.
