Bias Suit Against First Republic Shipped To Arbitrator

Law360, New York (September 27, 2013, 2:14 PM ET) -- A California appeals court ruled Thursday that a former First Republic Bank employee's complaints of gender and race discrimination and wrongful termination should be heard by an arbitrator, overturning a lower court's ruling that the arbitration agreement she had inked with the bank was faulty.
