Sandata Loses Bid To Toss Infocrossing Counterclaims

Law360, New York (February 20, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- A district court judge has denied Sandata Technologies' attempt to terminate the antitrust allegations that Infocrossing Inc. asserted in response to Sandata's lawsuit over patents for health care worker monitoring systems.

Judge Lawrence McKenna of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York denied Sandata's bid to dismiss Infocrossing's counterclaims and affirmative defenses. He found that the magistrate overseeing the case had given the defendant permission to file a response.
