Jury Finds Ford F-150 Restraint System Wasn't Defective

Law360, Los Angeles (September 27, 2013, 8:16 PM ET) -- A Los Angeles jury found Thursday that Ford Motor Co.'s F-150 truck is not defective, ruling in favor of the automaker on claims that the truck's restraint system failed to protect the occupants of an F-150 in a severe, multivehicle accident, according to Ford's attorneys.
