Texas AG Drops Antitrust Challenge To US Airways-AA Merger

Law360, New York (October 01, 2013, 8:14 PM ET) -- Texas Attorney General Greg Abbott said Tuesday that he had pulled out of a U.S. Department of Justice lawsuit challenging the proposed $11 billion merger of US Airways and American Airlines, saying he has reached an agreement with the companies.
