Astros Want Involuntary Ch. 11 Filed By Comcast Axed

Law360, Houston (October 09, 2013, 5:42 PM ET) -- The Houston Astros told a Texas bankruptcy judge Monday that an involuntary Chapter 11 filed by affiliates of Comcast against Houston Regional Sports Network LP is a transparent attempt to deprive the ball club of control over its media broadcast rights and should be dismissed.
