Ex-Marsh Execs Convicted Of Bid-Rigging

Law360, New York (February 22, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- An appeal is in the works for two former Marsh Inc. executives convicted of a bid-rigging charge after a 10-month bench trial in New York State Supreme Court. If the conviction is upheld on appeal, the defendants could face up to four years in prison, counsel for one defendant said Friday.
