Publishers In Anderson Price-Fixing Suit Seek Counterclaim

Law360, Wilmington (October 18, 2013, 5:17 PM ET) -- Magazine publishers Time Inc., Rodale Inc. and others targeted in an antitrust suit by Anderson News LLC moved Thursday to bring a counterclaim against the bankrupt magazine wholesaler, alleging it was Anderson itself that conspired to fix prices.
