Fla. Regulators Advance $3.5B Gas Pipeline Plan

Law360, New York (October 24, 2013, 4:38 PM EDT) -- The Florida Public Service Commission has approved Florida Power & Light Co.’s contracts to build a $3.5 billion, 600-mile interstate natural gas pipeline system stretching from Alabama to Florida to bring more natural gas into the state, the agency said Thursday.
