Jury Hits Toyota With $3M Verdict In Fatal Crash Suit

Law360, Los Angeles (October 24, 2013, 9:38 PM ET) -- An Oklahoma jury said Toyota Motor Corp. must pay a total of $3 million to the family of a deceased passenger and to a woman critically injured in a car crash allegedly caused by defects in the vehicle's electronic throttle control systems.
