Health Exchange Developer Warned Of Problems: Report

Law360, New York (October 30, 2013, 6:57 PM ET) -- The contractor with primary responsibility for building the federal government’s problem-plagued website for Affordable Care Act insurance warned less than a month before the portal's launch that testing was insufficient and key features were unreliable, according to an internal report released Wednesday.
