Vote On Miami's Waterfront Lease Deal To Go Forward

Law360, Miami (November 01, 2013, 5:33 PM ET) -- A local woman's challenge to a referendum in Miami's Tuesday election was shot down by a Florida judge Thursday, pushing forward a vote on a 50-year lease agreement with a developer to revamp city-owned waterfront property in Coconut Grove.
