NJ Court Revives Whistleblower Suit Against Casino Agency

Law360, New York (November 13, 2013, 7:33 PM EST) -- A New Jersey appeals court on Wednesday revived a whistleblower suit against the state Casino Control Commission, ruling that a trial judge erroneously dismissed a casino surveillance supervisor's claims for jurisdictional reasons without considering the suit's merits.
