Pa. Hospital Access Bills Hurt Competition, Lawmakers Hear

Law360, Philadelphia (December 18, 2013, 6:49 PM ET) -- Insurance and hospital industry representatives told a Pennsylvania state legislative committee Wednesday that a set of bills aimed at forcing integrated health care and insurance networks to contract with any willing insurer would chill competition and force providers to accept one-sided agreements.
