Broker's Claims Over Miami Worldcenter Won't Be Arbitrated

Law360, Miami (January 8, 2014, 9:14 PM EST) -- A Florida appeals court on Wednesday rejected an attempt by the developers of the planned Miami Worldcenter to force arbitration on certain claims by a real estate broker who had helped them acquire the land for the downtown mixed-use project, calling the issue too complex.
