Absent Immigration Reform, Cos. Face Increased Enforcement

Law360, San Diego (January 10, 2014, 9:34 PM ET) -- U.S. officials are opening more investigations and imposing stiffer fines over immigration-related offenses by employers, and if Congress lets another year go by without passing immigration reform legislation, the government is expected to continue ramping up enforcement efforts, according to employment lawyers.
