ITC Ends Flash Reader Patent Probe Against HP, Others

Law360, New York (January 13, 2014, 3:26 PM EST) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission on Thursday terminated its investigation of Hewlett-Packard Co. and others accused of flouting patents related to flash memory card readers held by Technology Properties Ltd. LLC, finding that TPL could not prove the existence of a domestic industry protected by the patents.
