Judge's Denial Of NFL Concussion Deal May Sway Players

Law360, New York (January 14, 2014, 8:40 PM ET) -- U.S. District Judge Anita Brody's refusal to approve the NFL concussion settlement could endanger the agreement even if she ultimately determines the $760 million total is adequate, as her initial skepticism may convince already unhappy ex-players to opt out of the deal, attorneys say.
