Christie Appoints New Head Of NJ Utilities Regulator

Law360, New York (January 16, 2014, 8:41 PM ET) -- Gov. Chris Christie this week appointed the wife of a former Board of Public Utilities president to head up the agency, filling the vacancy left by Robert Hanna, who was confirmed to a Superior Court judgeship this week.
