Texas Grid Operator To Put $3.6B Toward Improvements

Law360, New York (January 22, 2014, 2:10 PM ET) -- The Electric Reliability Council of Texas will spend more than $3.6 billion on 16 transmission improvement projects between now and 2018 to address growing needs on the electric grid that serves most of Texas, the grid operator said Tuesday.
