Kagan Counts 6 Ginsburg Greatest Hits In Gender Bias Fight

Law360, New York (February 3, 2014, 10:23 PM EST) -- Supreme Court Justice Elena Kagan on Monday evening detailed a half-dozen of her senior colleague Ruth Bader Ginsburg's "greatest hits," which over more than 40 years undercut bias against women in the workplace and elsewhere, but which, Kagan said, also illustrate the possibility that the progress could be undone.
