Samsung Wins Arbitration Bids In Galaxy S4 False Ad Suits

Law360, Los Angeles (January 31, 2014, 9:55 PM ET) -- A California federal judge on Thursday ordered Samsung Galaxy S4 smartphone buyers to arbitrate two putative class actions alleging Samsung falsely advertised the amount of usable memory in the phone, ruling that the plaintiffs failed to opt out of the arbitration clause in the phone's warranty.
