Judicial Review Delays Sandusky Investigation Report

Law360, Philadelphia (February 5, 2014, 5:37 PM EST) -- Pennsylvania’s top law enforcement official said Wednesday that she could not release findings from an inquiry into Gov. Tom Cobett’s handling of the Jerry Sandusky sex abuse investigation during his tenure as attorney general until a judge approved the release of confidential grand jury material.
