9th Circ. Urged To Revive Libor Suit Against Deutsche Bank

Law360, Los Angeles (February 11, 2014, 6:31 PM EST) -- A borrower in a putative class action alleging a Deutsche Bank AG subsidiary and Barclays Bank PLC manipulated the London Interbank Offered Rate to drive up mortgage rates urged the Ninth Circuit to revive her suit Tuesday, saying she wouldn’t have agreed to her loan if she'd known of the manipulation.
