Ariz. Judge Ends Challenge To State Medicaid Expansion

Law360, Washington (February 10, 2014, 3:54 PM EST) -- An Arizona judge on Friday dismissed a challenge by Republican lawmakers to the state’s Medicaid expansion under the Affordable Care Act, ruling they lacked standing to contest the law implementing the hospital tax that will be used to pay for the expansion.
