Contractors Fear Bad Rap In Security Clearance Debate

Law360, New York (February 10, 2014, 6:58 PM ET) -- As the government reviews security clearances in the wake of high-profile security failures like Edward Snowden's leak of National Security Agency data-collection programs, some contractors are worried that politicians will place undue focus on contractors rather than pursuing a broader review that includes federal employees.
