NLRB Judge Says DR Horton Sinks CPS's Arbitration Policy

Law360, New York (February 12, 2014, 8:32 PM EST) -- A National Labor Relations Board judge on Tuesday ruled that a CPS Security Solutions Inc. unit violated federal labor law by enforcing a class waiver even though it had compelled individual arbitration of state but not federal law claims in a wage-and-hour dispute.
