Ex-Del. Chancellor To Lead Search For Strine's Successor

Law360, Wilmington (February 13, 2014, 9:34 PM EST) -- Delaware Gov. Jack A. Markell on Wednesday tapped former Chancellor William B. Chandler III  to lead the committee tasked with finding a successor to Leo E. Strine Jr. as head of the state's influential Chancery Court.

Currently a partner at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati PC, Chandler will chair the 11-member Judicial Nominating Commission responsible for vetting candidates for all open positions on the Delaware bench and submitting a list of names to the governor.
