BAE Reaches Typhoon Jet Pricing Deal With Saudi Arabia

Law360, Washington (February 19, 2014, 1:44 PM EST) -- BAE Systems PLC has reached a pricing agreement with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for the supply of 72 Eurofighter Typhoon jets, allowing a previously agreed-upon multibillion-dollar supply contract to move forward again after years of wrangling over contract adjustments, the British defense giant announced Wednesday.
