Enviro Group Slams Agencies Over NJ-NY Oil Spill Plan

Law360, New York (February 19, 2014, 5:39 PM EST) -- The Center for Biological Diversity said Wednesday that it plans to sue the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and U.S. Coast Guard to update their oil spill plan for New York and New Jersey to guard against potential dangers from the increased amount of oil being shipped as a result of hydraulic fracturing.
