Men's Wearhouse Ups Jos. A. Bank Bid To $63.50 Per Share

Law360, Wilmington (February 24, 2014, 5:01 PM EST) -- Houston-based Men's Wearhouse Inc. announced Monday that it has increased its offer to buy Jos. A. Bank Clothiers Inc. from $57.50 per share to $63.50 per share, while at the same time suing the rival in Delaware Chancery Court to block it from buying another clothing retailer, private-equity-backed Eddie Bauer.
