LabMD Loses Subpoena Bid In FTC Data-Security Suit

Law360, New York (February 27, 2014, 6:23 PM EST) -- An administrative law judge last week rejected LabMD Inc.'s bid to access conversations that Federal Trade Commission attorneys had with the agency's commissioners and public relations office before filing their data-security suit against the lab, ruling the request fell outside the scope of permissible discovery.
